Working to an extensive brief from garden design client and homeowner, this was a courageously detailed development that was honoured at the ALCI Landscape Contractor Awards in Ireland in March 2020.

Located closely to the sea, it presents its homeowners with beautiful bay views. The greenfield site was completely remodelled and reconstructed with a collective of various features and materials. These included large gabion walls, a natural chlorine free swimming pool, an outdoor exercise room, a raised dining area as well as a sunken fire pit area.

The dry sandy soil conditions and the direct influences from the salty sea breezes had a significant affect for a planting scheme that has continued to blossom throughout the seasons.
